Ürgüp Hamam collects only the personal information necessary to respond to reservation requests and answer visitor questions.
Information we collect
When you send a reservation request through this website or via WhatsApp, telephone or email, we collect your name, contact details and any information you choose to share about your visit.
How we use it
We use this information solely to prepare your visit and to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your information to any third party.
Website form submissions are processed by FormSubmit solely to deliver your request to our email inbox. FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days for delivery and recovery purposes.
Advertising measurement
If you have accepted advertising measurement and successfully submit the website form, the Google tag may use the email address and telephone number you provided to improve Google Ads conversion measurement. The Google tag normalises and securely hashes this information before sending it to Google. Enhanced conversion data is not sent when advertising consent is denied.
Meta
Only with your cookie consent, we use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to share website activity data with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for advertising measurement and performance analysis.
This can include pages viewed, package and massage views, contact-button clicks, successful form-submission events, IP address, browser information and advertising cookie identifiers. We do not send form text, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Meta through this integration. Declining does not prevent enquiries or reservations. Withdrawal stops future sharing; it does not undo data already sent.
You can withdraw consent at any time: open Cookie settings in the footer and choose Decline.
Who is responsible for your data
ZUMA HOSPITALITY LTD, company number 17348645, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Data is also shared with Resul Gül, sole trader, which delivers the service, so that your booking can be carried out.
What we collect when you book
Your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, hotel name where a transfer applies, your preferred dates and times, the package you choose, the amount paid, and the time at which you accepted these terms.
Card data
We do not receive or store your card number. Card details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider, which processes the payment and returns only a transaction reference, the authorisation result and the last four digits of the card.
Why we keep it
To deliver your booking, to confirm your appointment, to issue refunds where they apply, to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and to answer questions about past bookings.
How long we keep booking records
Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law, and then deleted.
Retention
Reservation-related information is retained for as long as necessary to answer your request and, where relevant, to administer your visit.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@urguphamam.com.
